Boy, I wish we knew about Good Sense before we decided to sell one of our Everett rentals. The realtor contacted them about installing a couple of GFIs in our 100+-year old house to meet code, as the inspector required. I guess he came to the house several times to figure out the wiring before I stepped in to schedule an appointment so we could close on time. Dave, owner, is cheerful and competent and reasonable. Carrie in the office has great follow-through. Maybe Dave will come to Seattle to work on our other properties?
